Why can't I see my training?

There can be various reasons for not being able to see your training, please follow the steps below and most likely it will be available for you

1. Contact your system administrator to make sure that you have activated your account.
An account is activated through an invite that has been sent out to your email and by confirming, the account will become active.

If you have not received an invite, please check your spam/trash folder.
Would it be so that you cannot find it there, please contact your system administrator and they can re-invite you. 


2. If you have 2 accounts, it can be so that you are not logged in to the one with assigned training.
Be sure to check both since the enrollment is assigned to one off them.



3. If you have purchased training and it does not appear for you, please contact
support@scandlearn.com and we will help solve this issue for you.
