Can I transfer old records and data to a new account

All user-generated transactional records and data are tied to the profile of the user (e.g. certificates, protocols, results, general user profile data). A user can either be individual or connected to a business account. If the profile belongs to a business account (company, organization, school or any other entity) any kind of data made through a company's account/profile will be their solitary property and cannot be moved, migrated, modified or copied without any approval from both parts.

If you want a transfer of your records to a new business account (of any type), a written approval/statement from your former company needs to be provided and sent to our team. The new company needs also to comply and approve any kind of transfers and eventually costs involved.
