To archive a user from the user list, log in to Scandlearn Evolve and go to Manage > Users. Click on the user you want to remove. In the panel that opens and on the right side, click the icon with the three dots in the top right corner and select Archive.
Please note!
An archived user will no longer have access to the system.
You will find archived users under the filter, Manage > Users > STATUS > Archived
Go to Manage > Users > STATUS > Archived. Click on the user you want to reactivate. In the panel that opens on the right side, click the icon with the three dots in the top right corner and select Restore.
