How to archive a user

To remove a user from the user list,  log in to Scandlearn Evolve and go to Manage > Users. Tick the box next to the user(s), in the top right, click on the arrow next to the + Invite button, and select Archive.

 

 

Please note!

An archived user will no longer have access to the system.

You will find archived users under the filter, Manage > Users > STATUS > Archived

An archived user can be reactivated at any time.
Go to Manage > Users > STATUS > Archived, tick the box the to the user(s) in the top right corner, click on the arrow next to the + Invite button, and select Re-activate.
