If you need to generate a certificate and/or a skill test protocol for a specific learner(s), this is how to.
Go to Manage and select Reports
Within the training menu on the left, the following options are available: Certifications & Activities, please make sure to select Certifications.
There is an additional search bar facility and filters can also be added to narrow down
results.
Once everything has been selected accordingly, click three dots next to the learner and select the correct document you wish to download, Certificate, Protocol or both (Merged)
