Step 1: User Management - Invite user(s)

  1. Log In and Access User Management: After logging in, navigate to the sidebar's "Manage" section and click on "Users."

  2. Invite New Users: Use the "Invite" button to add new users by entering their email addresses. Optionally, connect them to specific groups and enroll them in training courses.

  3. Group and Training Assignment: Link users to groups and courses by selecting the appropriate options during the invitation process.

  4. Sending Invitations: After configuring user details, click "Send" to dispatch invitations to the provided email addresses.

  4. Enrollment and Training Settings: Determine the recipients, course validity, expiration, and session creation settings.

Access Reports: Start by navigating to the "Manage" section and choose "Reports."

Choose Certification Reports: Once in the Reports section, click on "Certifications."

Filter and Search: Utilize various parameters such as user, training, progress, pass rate, and more to filter the information you need.

Perform Specific Searches: Use the search alternatives for training, users and groups, status, and date range to narrow down your results.

Print Certificates and Test Protocols: For individual records, click on the three dots icon at the far right. From there, you can print specific certificates or test protocols. The 'Training records' document includes both the certificate and the skill test protocol.

Generate Page Reports: If you want a report for the entire page, select the desired users in the table, then click the 'Report' button. Choose between a PDF file or spreadsheet format.

Explore Activities: If you're interested in viewing all user activity, not just completed training, select 'Activities' under the 'TRAINING' heading. This page allows you to navigate similarly to the Certification Reports, but with a focus on all progress statuses.

Refine Your Reports: This feature enables you to refine your reports based on different parameters, providing a comprehensive overview of user engagement.
