Are you not receiving certificates? Please check notification settings.
To automatically receive the certificate after course completion.
On the left menu click Configure > Notifications > + Add notification
Set new notifications parameters to receive notifications via email regarding specific
training whenever completed.
You can additionally control whether you want the system to send notifications to the
learner or only to administrators.
External emails not already in the LMS system can also be added.
There are additional options to control the attachment in the email.
