If you didn't get the email you can always retrieve it in your account or from your system administrator.
A certification will always be generated and sent to your or your manager's email addresses if you passed a final exam. If you didn't get the email there can be numerous reasons:
For Solo Users:
- Wrong email address registered in your account.
(make sure your manager have registered correct email address for you). - The email didn't go through your firewall, alternative went straight ahead to your spam/junk inbox. Click here to read more about it.
So what can I do? If you have access, do the following:
- Login to your account as a Learner
- Click on "REPORTS" in the top menu
- Next to the test, click the 3 dots and click certificate to download your certificate.
For users connected to a business account:
- Your system administrator has disabled the email notification that includes the certificate as an attachment
- Wrong email address registered in your account. (make sure your manager have registered correct email address for you).
- The email didn't go through your firewall, alternative went straight ahead to your spam/junk inbox. Click here to read more about it.
So what can I do? If you have access, do the following:
- Login to your account as a Learner
- Click on "REPORTS" in the top menu
