How to clear Cache Cookies

When training is not available or signing in is not possible, Cache cookie can be an issue. Please follow the steps below and see instructions for the right browser.

1.  Open Google Chrome
   At the top right, click More
2. Click More tools
3.  Select Clear browsing data
    At the top, choose a Time range. To delete everything, select All time.
4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," Check the boxes.
5. Click Clear data

1. In Edge, select Settings and more  in the upper right corner of your browser window. 
2. Select Settings  > Privacy, search, and services.
3. Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now. 
4. Under Time range, choose a time range from the list.
5. Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now
   

1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
   Click the menu button. and select Settings.
2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
3. Click the Clear Data button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.
   
   Cookies and Site data(to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked.
4. Click Clear.

1. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.

2. Click Manage Website Data.

3. Select one or more websites, then click Remove or Remove All.
