# Why don't I receive Certificates?

## See alternatives below and you will know who to contact in order to access your certificate.

1. If you are performing training under a company, please contact your **system** **administrator** and they can provide you with the certificate. 

2. If you have purchased training from Scandlearn and you have not received a certificate after completed training, please contact **support@scandlearn.com**
