# I don't get any emails from Scandlearn

## What can I do and how to avoid future issues with emails.

In case you didn't receive any copies of your certifications, results, invoices or any other transactional emails, please make sure **you have white-listed our top-domain @[scandlearn.com](http://scandlearn.com/?hsLang=en)** and **@scandlearn.net** in your firewall and in your email provider.

If you are working for a company and have a work email address registered, please get in touch with your IT Department.
