# Guide to Activating Your Scandlearn Account

## If you’ve been invited by an administrator to join Scandlearn, follow the steps below to create and activate your account.

### **Step 1: Fill in the Basic Information**

1. **Invitation Link**: Click on the invitation link sent to you via email to begin the registration process.

2. **Basic Information**: 
     - Enter your first name and last name in the respective fields.
     - Create a password and confirm it by re-entering it in the "Confirm Password" field.
     - If you prefer, you can use the "Auto Generate" feature to create a strong password automatically.

3. Click **Next** to proceed.

### **Step 2: Provide Additional Details**

In the next step, you’ll need to fill in additional information:

- **Date of Birth**: Enter your date of birth. (Optional)
- **Phone Number**: Provide your phone number. (Optional)
- **Country**: Select your country from the dropdown menu. (Optional)
- **Time Zone**: Choose your time zone, such as "Europe/Stockholm (CET+01:00)". (Optional)

Once all fields are completed, click **Next**.

### **Step 3: Upload a Profile Picture (Optional)**

On the final screen, you have the option to:

- Upload a profile picture by clicking **Select your profile image**.
- Alternatively, skip this step by clicking **Skip for now**.

When ready, click **Sign Up** to complete the registration.

### **Confirmation**

After clicking "Sign Up," your account will be activated, and you can log in to Scandlearn to start using the platform.
